I immediately became obsessed with learning
everything I could, not only about neuro-linguistic programming, but about other tools as well like visualization, mindfulness and meditation
and how I could use them to, not only transform my own relationship with food (finally), but also help the clients I’d now taken on as a Nutritionist do the same thing!
As soon as I started seeing the power of focusing – not on the food, but on my brain – on my thoughts, feelings and habits – everything changed.
As I got better and better at using these tools, I was able to break my old, stubborn habits and replace them with new, healthier habits in a way that felt natural and automatic.
It was fantastic!
