Q: Is Facebook necessary to be part of The Consistency Club?

A: It’s not. However, since the private Facebook community is such a fantastic source of support we do highly recommend that you at least visit Facebook enough to participate in that group.

Q: Does my membership subscription automatically renew?

The Consistency Club is a beautiful companion to the Change Your Brain - Change Your Body (CYB) program — it doesn’t replace it. 

CYB is an 8-week program in which you learn the foundational principles behind reprogramming and rewiring your brain’s old “operating system” around food. 

In The Consistency Club, you get ongoing coaching and mentoring from me, as well as various guest experts, plus a library of planning templates and tutorials, a community ready to be your lifeline when you need to reach out, and more. Q: How much time is required to really take advantage of everything The Consistency Club offers?
