HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Chapter YOU is an 8-week group program where, each week, through a new set of thought-provoking journaling prompts, we’ll explore a variety of topics and share lively discussions, all related to making this next chapter of your life one that feels expansive, fulfilling, peaceful and full of joy.

This will be a safe space for you to do the deeper work and come out the other side with a new perspective and understanding of who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • 8 weeks of personal exploration and support to help you go from feeling lost to feeling clear and sure about your purpose and your path;
  • Eye-opening journaling prompts each week that will guide you through new insights and awareness around each of our weekly topics;
  • Live weekly discussion circles - every Tuesday (alternate 2pm & 7pm EST) I’ll host a live Chapter YOU discussion circle where we’ll connect and share what's comes up for us in our journaling (members in the past have learned so much just from listening to others share). These will all be recorded so just come to the ones that work for your schedule;
  • New insights into different topics about YOU including: finding more flow in your life, connecting to a deeper sense of feminine energy including connecting to the cycles of the moon, tapping into your own intuition or "inner knowing," redefining your own personal values and purpose for this new phase of your life, and establishing new self love habits that are just for you;

Week 2 - Identifying Your Personal Core Values
What is truly important to you? How do you identify and then use your personal core values as a compass to build a life that feels fulfilling to you?

Week 3 - What Do You Want? Why Do You Want It? What’s Blocking It?
What do you truly want? Why do you want it? The life-changing power of finding everything you want inside of you. Getting out of your own way and learning to love what is.

Week 4 - Making Self Compassion and Self-Love Your New Default
Mean Voice vs. Self Compassion. Quieting the Mean Voice inside your head and learning how to relax and be patient and sweet with yourself.

Week 5 - Tapping Into Your Inner Knowing
Learning how to recognize, tap into, and trust your natural intuition. Intuition vs. fear and how to know the difference. 

Week 6 - Cultivating an “Aligned Mindset” 
What are you expecting? What are you believing? What are you allowing? What are you looking for? What are you ignoring? What are you avoiding?

Week 7 - Finding More Flow In Your Life & Ditching Toxic Productivity
Tapping into the Divine Feminine. Finding the balance between yin and yang, masculine and feminine, structure and freedom, form and flow.

Week 8 - Moon Cycles & Creating the Right Rituals For You
Creating your own regular rituals to stay on course with designing the life you want. Leveraging the power of moon cycles to live your best at any age.

HOW IT WORKS

Every week you'll receive a brand new set of journaling prompts to dive into on your own.

I'll host a live discussion circle via Zoom every Tuesday (times will alternate between 2pm and 7pm EST) where we'll come together and discuss what came up for us with the new prompts as well as other "ah-ha" moments, ideas and questions.   

You absolutely do not need to attend every discussion circle. They’ll all be recorded. Just come to the ones that work for you!
