HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Chapter YOU is a 12-week group program where, through weekly thought-provoking journaling prompts, we’ll explore a variety of topics and share lively discussions, all related to making this next chapter of your life one that feels expansive, fulfilling, peaceful and full of joy.

This will be a safe space for you to do the deeper work and come out the other side with a new perspective and understanding of who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • 12 weeks of deep learning, support and personal growth to help you go from feeling lost to feeling sure about your purpose and comfortable with your body;
  • ​Weekly talks every Tuesday morning posted inside the Facebook group offering further insight into the topic of the week (visit and watch whenever it's convenient);
  • 3 optional Live Discussion Groups (approx 60 min each) with lots of time for interactive discussion to connect, share, ask questions and go even deeper together (all recorded);
  • Insight into different topics including: eating a whole foods diet, syncing with the moon cycles, connecting to the Divine Feminine, redefining your own personal values and purpose for this new phase of your life, establishing new habits that are just for you, and more!;
  • ​Eye-opening journaling prompts each week that will help steer you towards new insights and awareness around each of our topics;
  • ​A private Chapter YOU Facebook community where you’ll be truly seen and heard. This will be a place to connect, share and be inspired and motivated each day;
  • ​Recommended reading and listening (podcasts) lists to help you go even deeper into the topics covered during the program; 
  • ​Continuous access to the call recordings and journaling prompts so you can return to them again and again in the future.

Week 2 - Identifying Your Personal Core Values
What is truly important to you? How do you identify and then use your personal core values as a compass to build a life that feels fulfilling to you?

Week 3 - What Do You Want and Why?
What do you truly want? Why do you want it? The life-changing power of finding everything you want inside of you.

Week 4 - What’s Getting in Your Way and Blocking You?
Getting out of your own way and learning to love what is.

Week 5 - Catch up and Live Discussion Group
Catch up week and Live Discussion Group to dive deeper into what we explored during the first four weeks.

Week 6 - Making Self Compassion and Self-Love Your New Default
Mean Voice vs. Self Compassion. Quieting the Mean Voice inside your head and learning how to relax and be patient and sweet with yourself.

Week 7 - Tapping Into Your Inner Knowing
Learning how to recognize, tap into, and trust your natural intuition. Intuition vs. fear and how to know the difference.

Week 8 - The Foods You Eat & How You Move
What are you eating? What are you drinking? How are you moving? Are you taking up the space you truly deserve?

Week 9 - The Thoughts You Think
What are you expecting? What are you allowing? What are you looking for? What are you ignoring? What are you avoiding?

Week 9 BONUS Live Discussion Group
Live Discussion Group to dive deeper into what we explored during weeks 6-9.

Week 10 - Finding More Flow In Your Life
Tapping into the Divine Feminine. Finding the balance between yin and yang, masculine and feminine, structure and freedom, form and flow.

Week 11 - Moon Cycles & Creating the Right Rituals For You
Creating your own regular rituals to stay on course with designing the life you want. Leveraging the power of moon cycles to live your best at any age.

Week 12 - Live Discussion Group and Wrap Up
Live Discussion Group, final questions, and wrap up.

LIVE DISCUSSION GROUP DATES

We will meet live on Zoom at 8pm EST (Toronto/New York time) on October 4, November 3 & November 22.

Most participants have to miss a few live calls here and there (life is busy). That’s why every call is recorded so it’s no problem at all if you need to watch/listen at a later time.
