I used to be a night-time binge eater. After a full day of doing all of the "good" things for my body and my health, I was self-sabotaging. Even AFTER I studied to become a nutritionist, I was still doing it, so I KNEW there was something more going on here than just the food, because I already knew exactly what I should be eating and not be eating.
That’s when I went deeper to learn about WHY I was still making these bad choices for myself. Once I figured out how to reprogram that old “operating system” in my brain, everything changed for me, and I wanted to help others do the same.

I've spent nearly a decade helping women around the world fundamentally change their relationship with food through my popular online programs. I continue to challenge myself to learn and create new materials and programs to elevate the health and wellness of my clients.
